This patient had prior rhinoplasty but unfortunately had tip and nostril asymmetry, and bump on the bridge along with trouble breathing. Dr. Jumaily performed a revision rhinoplasty with rib graft to reconstruct and strengthen the nose to make it more symmetric and fix her breathing. The rhinoplasty incision is barely visible
